OSNexus has worked closely with Seagate to certify Seagate’s full line of SSDs, HDDs, JBODs and AP servers for use with QuantaStor. OSNEXUS QuantaStor has been offered by IBM on bare-metal servers at IBM Cloud since 2011. Various configuration and design guide materials are available with our IBM Solution Design Tools to assist with designing QuantaStor storage grids for deployment in IBM Cloud data centers worldwide.
Supermicro is a global leader in high-performance, high-efficiency server technology. All Supermicro SBB and most standard server models are certified for use with OSNEXUS QuantaStor. OSNEXUS has a Docker-certified QuantaStor Volume Plugin enabling persistent Docker containers and stateful volumes for containerized applications. QuantaStor integrates with Docker via a Docker Volume Driver that enables dynamic deployment and provisioning of storage.
QuantaStor provides file, block, and object storage options for Veeam backups. As a Veeam Ready solution, QuantaStor has been qualified for use with the latest versions of Veeam Backup & Replication.
Red Hat is a leading provider of enterprise open source solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies. QuantaStor runs on Red Hat / CentOS 7 and is available in the IBM Cloud marketplace for easy QuantaStor on RHEL deployment.
OSNEXUS certifies Intel hardware for use with QuantaStor, and is a part of the Data Center Builders program.
QuantaStor is designed to run in cloud-native environments including Microsoft Azure as a virtual storage appliance. QuantaStor is available via the Azure Marketplace, but we recommend contacting support to get assistance upgrade instances to the latest release before putting new Azure VSA instances into production use.
OSNexus integrates with Kemp LoadMaster to bring load balancer capabilities to QuantaStor users.
QuantaStor 6 has integrated management of the Graid Technologies SupremeRAID line of controllers enabling easy configuration, monitoring, and management of scale-out configurations that incorporate SupremeRAID with its ability to localize rebuilds and deliver ultra high performance with fault-tolerance.
