Ceph Scale-out Block, Object and File

Fixed an issue where the Ceph Cluster Coordinator role could become stuck on one node. The automatic fallback election methods (grid-primary, site-primary, mon-rank) were not taking effect, so when no designated coordinator was set, coordinatorship never moved (e.g. after changing the grid master). Automatic coordinator election now works correctly; explicitly designated coordinators were unaffected. [ QSTOR-12194 ]

Dashboards and Analytics

Fixed the Ceph RGW dashboard on Ceph Tentacle so it correctly reports throughput/latency when transferring files to a bucket. [ QSTOR-11803 ]

High Availability Failover

Fixed the script to set the device reservation ability on WD Openflex Data24 [ QSTOR-12117 ]
Fixed site cluster heartbeat rings so each ring keeps its own network address and member list. Previously the rings of a multi-ring site collapsed into a single entry with no subnet shown. [ QSTOR-12159 ]

Network Shares

Adds an explicit domain controller to the GSSAPI ldapsearch for Active Directory user and group lookups, fixing intermittent failures on multi-controller domains. Domain joins also wait longer for a busy controller. [ QSTOR-11939 ]
Added a cleanup-only mode to the Active Directory leave operation that reverts the local domain configuration without contacting the domain controller, for recovering from a failed or partial leave. [ QSTOR-12058 ]
Fixed: SMB/DFS network share namespace referrals now advertise all of an appliance's reachable addresses rather than just one, so clients on any subnet can reach the share. [ QSTOR-12107 ]
Fixed per-user share permissions so an existing entry with no recorded read/write/execute setting is treated as full access rather than no access. Modifying a share no longer rewrites ACLs when no permission actually changed. [ QSTOR-12113 ]
Fixed Active Directory joins in SSSD-only mode against Windows Server 2025 domain controllers, which previously failed to set the machine account password. [ QSTOR-12141 ]
Fixed placeholder values such as None, null or undefined sent by API clients being written into the Samba configuration, which stopped Samba loading the file and took SMB access down for every share on the node. [ QSTOR-12152 ]
Fixed the Active Directory leave hanging when the PDC Emulator is offline. The leave now completes within a bounded timeout and reverts the local configuration. [ QSTOR-12161 ]
